Can I try ScanFence for free?
Two ways. The Free plan costs nothing, needs no card and doesn't expire: 3 codes, 3 geofences and 100 scans a month, enough to test with real codes. Every paid plan also starts with a 30-day trial. You enter your card at checkout and can cancel any time during the trial without being billed.
Qu’est-ce qui compte comme scan ?
Chaque résolution réussie d’un QR dynamique — la requête de redirection. Les scans bloqués (hors géofence ou planning) sont consignés mais ne comptent pas dans votre quota.
Où sont hébergées mes données ?
Hébergé dans l’UE. Nous ne répliquons jamais les métadonnées de scan hors UE.
Puis-je changer de plan plus tard ?
Oui — passez à un plan supérieur ou inférieur à tout moment. Calcul au prorata à la journée, sans engagement.
Que se passe-t-il si je dépasse mon quota de scans ?
Your codes keep resolving. You can move to a bigger plan anytime.
Proposez-vous la facturation annuelle ?
Yes, switch the toggle above the plans. Annual billing saves up to 33% versus paying monthly. Solo, for example, is $23.88 a year instead of $35.88.
Enterprise, achats, MSA personnalisés ?
Parlons-en. Volume sur mesure, tenance dédiée, résidence régionale et accords signés sont disponibles sur le plan Enterprise.
Is support included?
No. Every plan is self-serve: the documentation and this FAQ cover setup and everyday use, and the live demo lets you try things without risk. If you want hands-on help with setup, a campaign review or a migration, you can book a paid session. Enterprise agreements are handled by our sales team.
